Undertaking your own, individual mindfulness course with Harrogate Mindfulness will introduce you to the practice of mindful meditation. Our course encourages and supports you to experience the positive outcomes for yourself.

You can undertake a course with us as part of a private group - maybe learn with your family or as a group of friends?

We additionally run public 'open’ sessions during the year where you can learn with like-minded people - dates announced on the timetable page.

Or, you may prefer a 1-2-1 private session at a time and place that is convenient to you.

A Life More Mindful


4, 6 or 8 weeks, 1 hr sessions

Designed to guide and inform your own self enquiry. Neuroscience, practice and discussion combine in this accessible and fun course.
Full materials provided for you to learn and keep with tuition from an accredited trainer to practice daily at home.

Mindfulness Now Stress Reduction


 8 weeks, 1 hr sessions

 This accredited Mindfulness Now stress reduction course is adapted from the classic MSBR and MCBT courses and has been found to be effective as a treatment for depression and anxiety.
The emphasis is on self-enquiry from both a neuroscientific as well as a practical perspective.

Bespoke mindfulness 
tuition and consultations 
for individuals, 
60-90 minutes long.

These can follow on from a course or be stand alone.
Some therapists recommend sessions to provide support after completing CBT.
